ECI constructed a Youth Sports Complex under a CM/GC contact for the City of Loveland, along with road improvements to Boyd Lake Ave. The project consisted of all grading and utility services for several seeded soccer fields, basketball courts, 2 in-line hockey rinks, skate parks, a synthetic turf championship field, multi-use shelters, maintenance building, pond with aeration system, construction of asphalt parking lots, and many other park features. In additional, Boyd Lake Ave was widened to a 4 lane arerial road.
