Sean Reynolds, Project Manager / Estimator
Sean is an integral part of ECI’s estimating team performing take-offs, sub-contractor bid solicitations and researching upcoming projects. In addition to managing his own projects he also is in charge of project scheduling -- using SureTrak -- for all ECI projects. After graduating from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Natural Science, he started working full-time with ECI in 2002.
Selina Coulter, Secretary/Treasurer/Controller
Selina oversees production of day-to-day and monthly financials, management of ECI’s cash flow, budgets and accounts. Additional responsibilities include standard and certified payroll, insurance and subcontract administration, human resources and daily accounts payable/receivable duties.
Tony Perdue, Construction Manager
Tony began his construction career as superintendent/foreman, eventually becoming a Senior Project Manager with ValleyCrest Landscape Development in 2000. After working a short period for Neumann Homes of Colorado LLC, as manager of land development, He was hired by M.A. Mortenson Company, as a Project Manager II, monitoring IFDA budgets, providing on-site supervision of prime contractors and design consultants, as well as supervision and training of internal staff. Tony has recently joined ECI's team to provide additional expertise in specialized/custom structures.
