Rick has been involved in a variety of projects for ECI over the past 25 years encompassing anything from utility installation through skate park construction, and Civil Infrastructure. With his wide variety of experience, Rick often assists with consulting on ECI's more complicated projects to ensure quality work and to optimize manpower and equipment.
