SARAH SANDOVAL, P.E.,
DIRECTOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Sarah started with ECI in 2010 and became a partner/owner in 2011. She heads up ECI's business development efforts in addition to her duties as a project manager and estimator. Prior to joining ECI, she worked for 10 years as a civil engineer at URS Corporation, Olsson Associates and Stormwater and Environmental Consultants. Sarah is a registered professional engineer in the State of Colorado and has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Denver.
