ECI Sweeps Recognition in 2008 and 2009
ECI Site Construction Management was founded in 1980 originally as a landscape and irrigation firm. As projects became more complex, ECI evolved to a Construction Manager / G.C., a change that has helped the company earn statewide awards, including CCASLA 2008 Contractor of the Year.

Today, ECI specializes in large site construction projects working for numerous municipalities in Colorado. Spring Canyon Community Park in Fort Collins is the first universally accessible Shane’s Inspiration playground in Colorado, with 100 acres of sports fields, dog park with pond, bike trials course and open space with canyon walls.ECI’s successful experience working under the Construction Management / Design Build methods prompts the continuation of the company’s presentations and workshops on this subject.
