CENTENNIAL PARK PHASE I
RIFLE, COLORADO$3 million
Work for this project includes installation of new 8 inch PVC C900 water line on 5th Street including tie-ins to the existing system and re-connections of all services; installation of new 4 inch PVC water line; installation of water and sewer service connections; overall site demolition/grubbing and grading; installation of an irrigation system including pump house and additional components; construction of the central plaza including an amphitheatre, spray area, and sundial; installation of decorative/colored concrete with associated sandblasting and other
decorative features such as sandstone, boulders, etc.; construction of designated waysides and gateways; removal of 3 existing culverts and installation of 6 pre-fabricated concrete bridges over Rifle Creek; construction of new trail with walkway connections and handicap ramps; construction of 2 parking lots with an asphalt surface; providing rip-rap for bank stabilization; construction of a pond including piping, diversion structure and overflow; lighting, landscaping and other facilities as shown and specified for a complete and operable installation.
