This substantial CM/GC project necessitated the demolition of the existing infrastructure and the reconstruction of Huron St, including a new lake overflow structure. In addition, ECI added piping of 60'' and 48'' storm sewers across Huron Avenue and replaced the waterline. ECI was in charge of dewatering and excavation while performing extensive riprap work. This contract included the grading of Croke Reservoir, retaining wall construction, traffic control, traffic signal work, roadway signage and new roadway striping. To complete this extensive project, ECI installed a decorative plaza with a water feature and included one mile of soft surface trails for added enjoyment of the reservoir.
