Construction of an athletic complex as part of the redevelopment of the Lowry Air Force Base. The park is designed to include multi-purpose soccer, lacrosse and football fields, walking trails, parking areas, decorative concrete plazas, landscape/sod and irrigation. Contract consisted of the installation of the City of Denver Park’s first two synthetic turf championship soccer fields with under drain systems and Musco field lighting, landscaping including sod, native grasses, and trees/shrubs, colored concrete plazas, parking areas, site amenities, utilities installation, complete site irrigation, crusher fine walking trails and stabilizing the adjacent dam faces with native grasses.
