ECI did this neighborhood “pocket park” as part of the redevelopment of the Lowry Air Force Base. The park was designed around the existing undulating berms installed with custom sandstone benches to provide more natural inclusion. In the center of the park you will notice the custom shade shelter designed by NeoSource is an eye catching feature. The remainder of the park includes a terrific playground, beautiful landscaping, accessible crusher fine walkways, site amenities, and complete site irrigation.
