This project's scope included the creation of several Guaranteed Maximum Prices to facilitate the compressed schedule. The final design was being developed concurrently with on-going construction activities. The project was spread over two site locations approximately 5 miles apart, each with its own skate park, multiple building complex, and recreation facilities. These included:
- A Street Course and Vertical Orientated Skate Park
- Tennis & Basketball Courts
- Bocce Ball, Horseshoes, Shuffle Board
- Pro Sand Volleyball Pit
- Amphitheater with Built-in Concrete Seating
- Assembly of a Carousel Ride, Housed in a Custom Steel Building
- Splash Pad and Rubber Surface Playground
- Two Restroom Facilities
- Concession Building
- Dock/Boardwalk and Floating Dock Facility, with a Boathouse for Storage of Paddle Boats
- Parking Lots
- $1 MIL of Landscape & Irrigation
