This large athletic complex - anchored by 40,000-square-foot Railbender concrete skate park and six tennis courts -- is the newest park for fast-growing Parker, Colorado, which desperately needed an additional skatepark and tennis courts, according to Parks and Recreation Director Jim Cleveland. Added Blaine Wilkins, owner of a local skateshop who was deeply involved in the park's planning, "This is a skatepark designed by the right people and built by the right people."
