ECI worked closely with the City of Boulder throughout this project, especially when the City needed to redesign plans to avoid intruding on sensitive wildlife habitats. To keep the project moving smoothly during the unexpected redesign, ECI held the project open during the winter of 2001-02 to give the city time to complete the project using the updated designs. Specific ECI work for this community park included:
