ECI worked closely with the City of Boulder throughout this project when the City needed to redesign plans to avoid intruding on sensitive wildlife habitats. To keep the project moving smoothly during the unexpected redesign, ECI held the project open the winter of 2001-2002. This gave the City time to complete the updated designs in order for ECI to finish the project. Specific work on this community park included:
- Earthwork and utility installation
- Intensive site drainage
- Concrete trails and asphalt parking lot
- All site electrical, signage, and site amenities
- Pedestrian foot bridges, feature boulders, and rock walls
- Pavers with landscaping, sod, seed, and irrigation
