PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
ECI can assist owners, engineers and designers prior to the start of construction with the following services:- Cost Estimates utilizing current day materials and installation costs.
- Construction Scheduling for various construction delivery methods by incorporating resources, budgets, procurement lead times, and accurate sub trade sequencing.
- Constructability / Feasibility Reviews to ensure inclusive drawings, details and specifications.
- Value Engineering using construction experience to suggest cost-effective alternates to complex designs while maintaining the integrity of the design intent.
- Permit Applications for special use, building, stormwater, environmental and other project specific permit requirements.
ECI can be contracted for these services directly with the owner during the design phase or be added to a design or engineering proposal as a team member or optional additional services. For an example RFP or RFQ for these services please contact sarah@ecisite.net.
