Constructability / Feasibility Reviews critiques drawings, details and specifications for value and functionality
Value Engineering considers cost-effective alternates to complex designs while maintaining the integrity of the design intent.
Permit Applications for special use, building, storm water, environmental and other project specific permit requirements.
ECI can be contracted for these services directly with the owner during the design phase, or be added to a design/engineering proposal as a team member. For our format using the RFP or RFQ presentation, please contact Ted Johnson, or Sarah Sandoval.
